You can ask Regents Inc dba Gushwork to delete the data Plethos holds about your business or about you. This page explains how.
What can be deleted
Everything Plethos holds that is tied to your business or to you: your connection and access tokens, your business portfolio, Page and ad account details, advertising data and results, leads, your brief, and your contact details.
How to request deletion
Use any one of these. If you shared assets with Regents Inc as a partner, also remove it in Business Settings › Users › Partners.
- Remove Plethos in Facebook. Go to Settings & privacy › Settings › Business integrations, find Plethos and select Remove. Meta notifies us, and we delete your data within 30 days. If Meta shows you a confirmation code, use it on the status page below.
- Use "Delete my data" in the Plethos dashboard. Go to Settings › Delete my data and confirm. You'll see a confirmation code straight away.
- Email us. Write to admin@gushwork.ai with your business name and your Meta business portfolio ID. If you submitted a lead form on a client's ad, include the business name and the email or phone number you used.
What happens next
- We delete your data within 30 days of your request.
- You get a confirmation code for your request, and an email when deletion is done if you gave us your email.
- Your Page, ad account, campaigns and the leads stored in Meta stay in your own Meta accounts. You manage those in Meta.
What we must keep
Invoices, billing and tax records we are required to keep by law, and a record that your deletion request was completed. We keep nothing else.
